Ready Set Go.
Park Space Begins on Thursday September 29, 2011.
Park Space is anywhere and everywhere. Artists are invited to display their work (as many or as few pieces as desired) in their vehicles parked in public places. Vehicles may be parked in free or paid public parking spots in any city or town. Pieces can be hung in windows or simply set out on a seat. Artists may also post artist statements in windows to encourage the public to view the work.
Things to Consider:
1. You may remain with your vehicle or not.
2. Works should not be presented for sale, but only for exhibition purposes.
3. Plan ahead - when you know that you will be parking in a public space/city/town bring your art with you!
You are encouraged to send photos of your Park Space Gallery or a piece of art that will be in your vehicle and info about locations to me at eemurr1@gmail.com. I will post to this blog.
If you send information about a Park Space Happening, please include the following:
1. Name
2. # of pieces
3. location (Street Address/Intersection, City, State, Country)
4. photo if possible
